On my swatches it's deeper and warmer than that description suggests: a golden amber leaning towards orange, where the ink pools it goes to russet brown. In writing it looks more cooked pumpkin than yellow.

Shading: Strong. Handwriting moves between golden amber and a darker orange-brown where the ink gathers at the ends of strokes. The swabs run from pale gold through to deep russet, with darker rims at the edges.

Sheen: None.

Shimmer: None.

Flow: Medium

The interesting bit: Pumpkin Soup (南瓜濃湯) comes from Lennon Tool Bar's 2025 winter release, Winter Tonics in Taiwan Vol. 4. The collection is four inks based on Taiwanese winter comfort food and drink, and the other three are Peeled Chili Pepper, Mulled Wine and Taro Sago. The series draws on the Taiwanese tradition of fighting the cold with warming soups and stews. This one is pumpkin cooked down with milk or cream. If you look at the label, you'll see that 濃 (rich, thick) in the ink's name also appears in the brand's own Chinese name, 藍濃道具屋. Lennon Tool Bar was founded in Tamsui in 2014 to promote traditional indigo dyeing, and it moved into fountain pen ink later.

This is a hand-decanted 4ml sample vial from my own bottle. Photos are my own swatches on Tomoe River Paper. I'm a collector and I'm always happy to talk ink, so please message me if you have any questions.
