It's dense enough in the pools to look like a continuous metallic film; in normal writing it's subtler and shows best in broader nibs. The ink belongs to the brand's illustrated storytelling side: the artwork is set in Grandmother Grizzelda's cottage, where a bear called Bearnice settles in by the hearth as autumn closes in, with a carved carousel horse in the late sunset light as a nod to the company's own Ferris wheel and carousel motifs.
